does anyone know if you can upgrade firmware and have a branded phone i.e. my phone is from orange uk, does a firmware for orange omnia hd i8910 exist? Cheers

hey...omnia hd almost as fast as iphone 3gs.....yes...omnia hd is the king of symbian kingdom....sorry satio...samsung boast their firmware....i'll skip satio...will buy this samsung omnia hd

Hi Folks,
Wonder if anyone can help me out? Ive been very interested in the Omnia HD but didnt upgrade my innov8 coz I heard the sound recording was rubbish. Can anyone who already has the upgrade tell me what the sound recording is like for the videos now? A bit better or top quality?? I dj and my friends use my phone to record me playing from time to time and I also do a bit of recording in nightclubs. How would the sound come out with the upgrade? My friend recorded me playing the decks with the iphone, the video was rubbish and laggy but the sound came out really well but when I used my innov8 the video was sweet and the sound rubbish! Annoying coz Im not a big fan of the iphone for my own personal use. I want sweet sound and video from my phone. Cant be annoyed carrying a video camera around everywhere I go!!!

It's funny that you would even say that, because when these phones get a good needed update such as this, you think it's crap but when the iPhone gets an update about FINALLY being able to send picture messages, it's an awesome update? Care to explain that logic would you?

Wow...'major' update they say. Kinetic scrolling and a few more widgets as well as colourful images in music. It still has that stupid BOINGO on it though!!! why haven't you got rid of that application Nokia!?!?!?! :@

since gsm posted new firmware/software updates for these two monsters. can you (posters) or gsm (haha no way) post the newest firmware updates for lg km900 arena? i cant find them anywhere.... please guys, im one of those unhappy arena users (not really, i quite like it compared to my old phone SE w960)... so any can anyone help me?

omnia is the best of the best symbian phone...no other symbian fone which can match it....best symbian till now....videos looks great....samsung is the best
