Absolutely no communication from them on the purchase. Slow service. It took two weeks to receive my order. No way to contact them. Blackberry must know how bad this service is. BB using them does not help their reputation.

Please bring the same discount in India. It is too costly for most of the BB lovers. BB7 os really feels outdated and I need to update to BB10.

Only problem with that is in order to purchase directly from bberry you must use their fulfillment co "Digital River". I have never had a worse sales experience than when I purchased my Passport from ShopBlackberry. Unbelievable. If it wasn't for the fact that I am a dyed-in-the-wool BBerry fan, I would've given up on the company forever right there. Google them: wish I had before I went through that. No way was it worth the amount of the discount coupon I used. I would purchase by any other means next time. It'd be interesting to know how many customers Blackberry has lost at the hands of Digital River. Blackberry must know about it: its that bad!

Sweet deal!
It has the longest lasting battery (30+ hrs), the best and loudest external speakers, 3 GB of RAM, a massive 1:1 ratio 4.5" screen with 453 ppi, it's lightning fast, amazing keyboard that also acts as a track pad like on lap tops, and it's got Amazon's Android app store native and Blackberry's app store!!
And the best part is that they have reduced the price!
Way cheaper than the ibend and top Android phones.
And maybe another "best part" is that the 5" full touch Z30 is also on sale and the low end Q5 (qwerty) is also on sale.

I used to love the Webos, but then I moved to the samsung note2. The note is awesome, still love it. My son liked blackberry buy I never used one before. Now work wanted me to get a company phone and I had to choose between a iphone 6+ or the blackberry passport.
I simply do not like apple products as a general rule, so I got the passport. The first hour I was thinking I might have made a mistake because I was used to the screen on the Note. Well by the afternoon I was lovin the passport.
After a couple weeks with it now when I use the Note it feels like using a childs toy. I compare it to going from a Vtech to a real laptop. Every thing is just so well done in the phone. I made the right choice .
The passport is just better made, does true multitasking, 3 GB of ram, SD slot, fast processor, better camera, the screen while square is clearer and has a higher pixel density, and it has a keyboard.....and it acts like a touch pad if you glide your fingers over the keys. oh and it now runs all the android apps, from both the google play as well as amazon store.
I would give it a solid 9 out of 10. The one point deducted would only be because I really would have liked a little more height in the screen for watching videos in landscape.

Guys this us brilliant device in many ways and only let down by the apps. Its unfortunate but I had to sell mine . I loved it but couldn't do much on it . So I went for lumia 1520 and I'm glad I did in the end. Blackberry world makes windows phone store look like like apple and android , without the endless and dodgey apps that do the same thing like.

Awkward key placement makes the keys pointless. You get more productivity on a soft keyboard with swiping. Poor Android integration.
