Most of the samsung devices received latest O.S. version 5.0 lollipop, but still note 2 does't get any updates.

I love my note 2 when i hear that samsung will release lollipop update.But my question is that the new update will include the new the new touchwiz or it will remain the same ui. And also when it will release..
