Received lollipop update 2days ago in uk. Really like the lollipop. No problems so far. My note 3 N9005 is really smooth. Didnt have to do hard reset as i have no problems with it. Im glad i updated.

and they immediately confirmed back stating
"Samsung Gulf has already released the Lollipop update for this and we would like to check why your phone is not getting an update still."
Can you provide the following:
1. Your location.
2. Device IMEI. Dial *#06#
3. Device Version: Dial *#1234#
Samsung will investigate after getting the information they require.

Don't go to lolipop..it's my advice ..today I updated to lolipop.. my note 3 snapdragon version...after all I went crazy...everything went wrong..plz tel me any way to fix this problem
