Samsung shouldn't be doing things like this. Those features (e.g. S-Voice) are somethings that make Galaxy phones so unique. If users have to download them instead of enjoying them right away after phones unsealed, this might upset some people. Well, Microsoft does have some cool stuffs, but those S features should come with the phone.
