So buy it, and call up ATT for them to unlock.
BTW best selling Windows phone is like saying King of Umpa Lumpas. It means nothing.

Why is Microsoft not offering same in Asia countries mainly in India. $29 means just below INR 1900. if Microsoft offers same deals in India within one month it it can sell 15- 20 millions.
Means market share will rise suddenly to 20 %

Got my 520 for $20 on Amazon, but that was 4 days before Christmas, might have been a flash sale. I got the 635 at Best Buy for $40 on Black Friday.
Wait until Black Friday people. Target, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, and Amazon are unbeatable when it comes to last year's budget phones. And Radio Shack if they are still around.
