Its great. It has a lot of things that i wish it had before. But it have some problems too. Like you cant use T9 or number mood in text...

As soon as i heard about 5 version from here i just download it in my nokia 5130xm because its size is below 250KB and didnt want to waste my time by reading others comment. After visiting many sites like Facebook, Intel, Myspace, Guru 3D now using multiple tab i can say that its a perfect competetor of iPhones Safari. People using larger skin than my 2ince 5130xm surely feel more fun. So dont wait 4 others comment just try it by yourself. I am posting this comment using Opera mini 5 beta :-D

I came across Opera Mini 5 while browsing gsmarena and I immediately downloaded it onto my Nokia 5800.Guess what?
I am on top of the world right now.Opera Mini 5 is so...amazing & awesome.Its speed dial works like Google Chrome's most visited tab where we can have quick access to our favorite sites.It got a lot of good things.It works better than 4.0 version definitely.
I'll sure recommend it to my friends.

I m anxious,i read some comment.some say it is great & some say there is no any different b2in opera 4.2 & 5.i m very upset that some body say that,it can not disply the java scriept.i think it is still beta,i hope when it will relise,then the axiousity will remove inshallah.

I've installed Opera Mini 5 beta on my E51 and guess what ? The same error that I got in many mobile browsers when trying to log into my bank account, is still here: "The channel driver has caught an uncontrolled error: Channel driver was not found in server DSE.INI...". There are 3 browsers that display the secured page, among which 2 of them work acceptably, and the third is unusable - the phone native browser.
Maybe Opera Software should research more into this problem. Thank you.

Yes, Ok, it's great: fast, nice outfit, bookmarks and so on. It looks very alike to Safari somehow. Anyway, while trying to view videos on youtube - it hangs up (ok it's beta version). And still - it does not have the Adobe Flash 9 support. But i suppose this is a problem of my 5800XM symbian edition, isn't it ?

opera mini 5 beta has good user interface such as it use touch bar to access the web address and support multiple web address and works well on my soner m600i, but the disadvantage is when we type the character, we can't type the symbol such us _ , ≥∞ and so on

5800 users i just found something out you can copy text on the brower by holding your finger down for 5 secs and a sub menu comes up

everything about this browser is sexy but no java and flash support :( that's all but it beta can't wait to DL the finished browser

Jord, 17 Sep 2009i can't type underscore ( _ ) on my E71..usually i can use ... moreto type underscore u need to change the setting
click on Settings -> Advanced -> Inline Editing -> Off
That will help u to put underscore in email id & other symbols too.
