SmartFlash just wants to take advantage of the fact that Apple has made alot of money recently. I also heard that they are suing Google, Samsung and Amazon next. To me that just looks like a desperate attempt at getting money! Just saying.

Only an American comany can convict an American company. As you may know Apple always has copied other companies technology (for example IPhone 6 is a copy of HTC one). But they have never appeared in the court because other companies are not so brave to make a complaint against an US company
