I just don't want to bother to replace the shitty battery on my One X+, because the service center wants 40€ for the battery and another 30€ for the work. Seriously it cost me 20€ to get a bigger original battery for my retired S2 and I didn't had to pay anyone to do it.
Kinda hate the whole unibody design, cause it prohibits you from replacing a dead battery, which on the One X+ started to go wankers in good 9 months.
I know Sony has unibody design as well but at least they have bigger capacity and great battery stamina.

But I do have to admit that all Sony's Z tablets look just damn hot and its partly because of their thinness.

its just amazing..advice for sony-please please dont overprice it.u do produce brilliant products but end up making losses because of high price and wayward promotion.

Sony has been mostly on the right track. Increased fesign and build quality, microsd, pioneer in waterproofing etc.
I strongly believe Sony's problem has been extremely high pricing for flagships. For the quality most people are prepared to pay a premium. But Sony sets it too high. If Sony had the flagship prices around 20% lower they would have much higher market penetration.
I personally do not like going thinner and thinner trend in phones. I prefer anything under 10mm with an increased battery capacity. However, this is less of an issue for tablets.
EU and other regulators should also force the manufacturers to make it easy for users to replace the batteries or make the manufacturers replace the batteries at a fraction of the current price levels.

Sony seems to set the standard while others follow! Its all about quality, you have to own one to appreciate sony! Samsung and Apple is all about marketing and brain washing people's minds for the sake of gain take the automotive industry for instance the top selling brands are far from the best!! Someday waterproof phones will soon become standard just like airbags are now!!

They make technological wonders like this tablet, 6.1 mm thin without ANY compromise, yet samsung mediocre tech sells loads more
And I can tell from first hand that sammy TVs and phones are actually hi tech junk compared to japanese tech

Wow it's so gorgeous! After seeing first hand what Sony can do with the battery life of Z3 and Z3 Compact, this tablet is going to be awesome, I'm sure! That keyboard looks slick too.

There is something wrong with Sony - that it is deliberately underlooked by all tech sites every time when it comes to review.
Almost 9 out of 10 reviewers neglect the noise-cancelling functionality on Xperia flagships since Z2, which in my opinion really has set it apart from other devices.
And IP68 certified with naked USB port, first to be seen outside of domestic Japanese market - where Samsung tried it for once and decided its just wayyy too hard and expensive to implement on to its next flagship, even with flaps.
Samsung is the sort of company that would rather put most of its budget in marketing than doing actual goods for the consumers. Unfortunately we live in a society where media is the power.
