Yea yea yea, after this, the next display name will be named Apple Eagle Eye Super High LCD Display. Wonder what will be so special about this display. Hopefully this display can display clearly a grease smudged screen.

The "in-cell touch integration" is the important news, as compared to a standard 1440p display this display will be: thinner, cheaper, brighter, less reflective and have lower touch latency.
I expect to see this in the iPhone 6S Plus.

JDI makes decent LCD displays such as in the Nexus 7 2nd gen. Hope Apple doesn't bankrupt it like it did to GT Advanced (sapphire glass maker).

JDI and Sharp are best out there when it comes to displays. Hope the deal with Apple wouldn't hurt other mobile manufacturers, especially Meizu.

Screen look real nice. Hopefully, these kind technology( the Qualcomm fingerprint tech, the Fujitsu eye scan tech) can being put the future smartphones real soon.
