Yes, after sales experience is bad. Charges are really high which should be free. Customer care representative couldn't provide any solution for issue and do not agree to send any person for repairing.

No after sales service
Already mailed many times from last 2 week's but still no response
call charges are to high
even after calling the customer care people says please do a factory reset
even if u have issue like battery,software issues,heating and bugs issues its normal i have many other issues in my phone
worst customer experience
share ur experience too many of u guys write here regarding after sales support
and one more
worst team Isha and Bheem .

kj, 08 Mar 2015Micromax, when r u giving it for Android one.Android One updates are not controlled by the OEMs (MicroMax in your case), but by Google themselves. So no point blaming MM for this delay.
Blame them for not giving any updates to their Canvas series of phones though!!
