I'm an M2 Aqua user, i ... moreyup! thats true bro but we all know that we all are deferent some of us are contented to the version we are using now some they want more even ther phone is runing smoothly and no problem so in the end more complain happen...:-D and some yes version suck when they up date bugs are gone phone error fix and new ui and design and yes they are happy and when new version arrive every body thinks thats the new version is better than the previous version well yes its better cuz its new no doubt and they set aside the situation that they can have the problem when they update there phone thats y complain happen...well thats human nature

after this updte im a hundred percent sure some of ur phone will slow or will get problems...so if i wher you just set back and relax and hope tht this update is clean and wait til it arrive as for me im hopping that this update is clean and less bug cuz we all know thers always bug and every update and this update might be last for zr so im hopping its clean and less bug and have a app to sd card options...:-D

am from India and I had bought my xperia zl on 11sept 2013. Now my handset is not switching on. On holding power button the SONY logo comes and then it switches off. Battery was fully charged. I went to the nearest Sony authorized service center and they told me that the company doesnt provide support and spare parts for this model (that something was wrong with the circuit board). So they cant repair it. They offered another brand new sony handset with 20% discount. I even went to another Sony authorised service centre who told me the same story.
Is this your company policy to boost sales? I bought the phone for Rs 35000/- from a Sony dealer and now instead of providing support your company is offering another way to make you richer instead. Why should i buy a new phone? Why cant you say it in your adverts that all your phones are 'USE and Throw' types? That once your phone gets glitched you will have to "throw" it away at your service centres and buy a new one from them. I am appalled and disgusted by the way you treat your customers who trusted you with their hard earned money and i hoped for a better protocol followed by a company of your repute.

I also have Xperia Z1, and I'm very disappointed by Sony support, they are slow and seems to me they don't even care about it. You can't gain new customers with that attitude. So lame Sony, so lame!

I don't think other brands will update anything else to lollipop other then their flagships. So Sony is no different.Among other brands Sony stands out with design, robustness, bug-less software(at least from my experience with my Z1 and Z3 compact) and hardware. Just compare the compact series with other brands. I have nothing to complain.
