Im one of the first buyer of m1 note in novo7 tech here in PH. i've been using the phone for more than a week now. The phone has lots of issues, including unexpected shutdown/restart, laggy gaming, loose simtray cover, and the too Buggy Flyme OS.
From my experience i dont recommend this phone, and
to everyone here in PH. save your money and just wait for the way much better zenfone 2.

fart, 14 Mar 2015Hi there! I'm from the Philippines... would you know where ... moreYou can check Pinoytechnoguide.com or if not, techpinas.com to know where these phones can be bought. However, if you like the features of the m1 note, you might wanna check the Alcatel Flash Plus. It is yet to be launched but its cheaper and with comparabale if not better features.

Meizu M1 note has been already available here in the Philippines since Mar 10. They only launched the white color though for around $180. Other colors will be available soon but with a higher price tag (dunno why). And oh, they have the mediatek version available here in PH.

No Memory Card Slot! Sorry I won't be interested in it even it were to be given for free!!

I will keep writing this to every mobile site I watch:
Meizu, I really really like your phones and I am a happy owner of MX4 BUT.... HOW ON EARTH can you think to go international if you treat us, the international customers diferently than your Asian customers?
Why we are still in 4.0.4.2i when for a week now and almost a month before that the Asian customers enjoy 4.2.2.2A/U/C??? Don't we deserve the same service?
If you can't keep up with both, then you can't really plan to become international and you will lose your customers, despite your nice devices.
                      WAKE UP THERE IN HONG-KONG!

Hopefully the snapdragon version will also come to the Philppines. The big-little octa-core setup would be great at battery life imba. Bring the mini version also and give the local budget-smartphones a run for their money for a change. =)

I just bought this phone in Hong Kong, this phone has serious quality issues. Similar with other user reports, the sim slot is loose, the screen has yellowish spots, the ear jack gives static noise, the phone volume is low, random stain on the back cover, and the FlyOS is buggy, you can't even load candy crush with it.

Again, you get what you pay for. (this comment will be deleted, coz GSM moderator does not like negative comments)

Loving the greater selection of phablets available in the western world.
                                  I prefer 5.5"+ displays.
Anything with a display to body ratio above 70% is good enough for me!

This looks like an iPhone but with Samsung 's note name. What's with companies naming their phablets as "Notes"? It should have a pen so you can take down notes. I always get excited about new releases with notes in the name thinking I could look at what the pen has to offer so I could have an alternative to the Samsung note series. And turns out, it's just a phablet. =/
