LG L90 gets Android 5 Lollipop update

This update is the best thing to happen to this device. I get such good battery life and function with this thing now, its incredibly fast. Of course I've modded the crap out of it, nevertheless it's amazing!

i have an LG90 optimus 415. my upgrade went smooth and i like a lot of the fixes, such as the alarm snooze is bigger so i don't accidentally hit cancel now. but with that being said how do i get rid of all the pastel colors and get rid of all the background images? i recognized right away that lollipop is a reference to a type of gay twink porn (no moral judgements just an observation). there are complicated shapes in those background graphics designed to program your brain and i want them gone. so what root kit will work so i can go back to the kitkat color scheme?

When will LG L90 be updated to LOLLIPOP 5.1.1 (d latest bug free version of lollipop)
as d current 5.0.1 is very slow and harassing in L90

Hello! I dont know what is your problem, guys, i have updated my LG L90 and work fine, without lag and bugs. Its fantastic update! After update, camera is better, phone use less RAM, free memory is 3.87 GB, everything is ok! Version update is V20a Europe, Croatia, Phone is D405n. Before update i have backup app, hard reset phone, than update with LG PC suite, and than another reset and this is it! LG fly like bird on 5.0.2.

To people complaining about never buying an LG phone again, I'm pretty sure it's not their fault. This is an amazing phone for a budget smartphone. Operating system has nothing to do with phone quality. Chances are Google decides which already released phones are gonna get operating system updates and when. It doesn't change the fact that LG still makes a good phone that physically, doesn't break easily and isn't fragile junk like a Motorola or Apple phone. Yes, it's unfortunate that they sent an update out to a budget phone that couldn't handle it, but that doesn't magically change a perfectly fine LG product, into crappily built.

What a terrible update. The new layout sucks. On top of that it makes my phone run slower as well as other problems. I can't even shut off the lock screen due to its saying the administrator won't allow it. You have ruined my phone. Thanks. Do not do this update for Optimus L9!

This is the worst cheapest update i have ever seen. I bought my phone because of great color. Great looking apps. Easy to use and this update ruined it. I spent a lot of money on my phone. I have never had this before and i will never buy an LG because of it again. What was LG thinking here

I am not the only one who very hate this new LG L90 Update Lollipops. This new update make my phone very slow, kill battery life, stressful, overheating, and non responsive wifi conection. I think i will stop using LG L90 and tell everyone not to buy LG phone... It's vey suck. I am planning to given away my phone away for FREE because it is ponitless to sale and slow ass phone. Unless LG company remove the update and go back to the old version.... Currently DO NOT UPDATE YOUR LG L90 TO LOLLIPOPS. you will REGRT IT.

what really sucks is that the task manager shortcut was changed. used to just hold the home button, but that brings up quick google search now...I have no idea how to force close apps after using them as the task manager isn't even located in the apps section.

My won't get rid of the "update your phone" suggestion in the menu even after hit later. I googled "September 2015 Lg Optimus l90 update" and found this store with all your comments about how now your phone sucks. Should I just let it bug me to update but continue to never do so? XD

Screw this update. I cant open any apps and im on the verge of wanting to smash my phone to tiny pieces . someone please help get rid of this horrible update .
