OTA link has been avaliable for some time now, just download the update and flash manually...

Just got it in Canada - Ontario - Toronto area. Took a while to update, and consumed a lot of battery power! Wow! Phone got very hot. Good thing I had it plugged in and charging else it may have exhausted the battery. In the past hour several apps and updated. I really hope it fixes the battery drain bug; that's the biggest problem. The other problem is the screen that keeps unlocking itself when I either rotate, or put into a holster that has a magnetic strip. Yes, magnetic strips in close proximity will bring screen on and keep it on, draining the battery. I find my screen on in my holster all the time since Lollipop installed. You won't know this unless you 'peek' in the holster; try it! Let me know.
