19 March, 2015
The Taiwanese company's flagship from two years ago is apparently at the end of the support line.

HTC is garbage. I went through three different HTC models. Just like Apple. Amazingly nice design but terrible cheaply made parts. And bad support.

Anonymous, 20 Mar 2015I know you are a troll. At least you admit finally.Sorry. You must have no understanding of the English language. I was calling you a troll. Your blatant disregard for actual facts and comments and not being able to back up your comments with facts show that you are a troll. You're also the dumbest troll I've seen in a long while.

neb, 19 Mar 2015That's not entirely true. I got mine M7 on the 15th of Marc... moreIt's about Google's software and bugs. HTC doesn't have anything to do with it.

I agree with all the comments - I was going to buy the HTC M9 to replace my GS4 but this has put me off. If the cant update 3 generations of phone at a time that is poor. I would understand in 12 months when the M10 is out. But this is a poor - Hell, I would test it for free if they wanted.

AnonD-59657, 20 Mar 2015HTC will be gone in one to two years time. I don't think... moreI don't think they will be gone in 2 years i think they'll stay along for the long run. But that being said it is sad that they are not updating the M7 to 5.1.. I own the M7 64GB Developer Edition so it doesn't really hit me hard just because i'm used to switching out roms on a weekly basis. I'm sure a 5.1 sense rom will drop for the M7 sometimes in the near future. But for the people that are not familiar with rooting and switching out roms this is bad news.

Poor support from HTC for a flagship. I've a HTC ONE and terribly disappointed with their support. Hereafter I wont even look after a HTC product anymore.

HTC will be gone in one to two years time.

I don't think people would pay so much money for expensive device like HTC ONE M7 but no software update after 2 years of using.

                                        Shame on you HTC.
