Samsung Germany just comfirmed me on sms to stop cribing on note3 neo update and buy another model with lolipop version by selling this note3 neo.
I have done same.

there wont be any update for note 3 neo
not now not in december not in 2016 and not in 2026

Samsung Canada has confirmed me that note 3 neo will be updated to Lollipop when Leo DiCaprio gets Oscar.

Samsung US has just emailed me that Note3 neo will get updated to Marshmallow. Also, They have replied to Antonio on twitter few days back. Update will happen somewhere in September 2016. Till then they have asked to use jelly bean.

Samsung Japan has confirmed on their blog that Note 3 Neo will be updated by mid of June 2016 to Marshmallow.Until then we need to hilao5.

Samsung India has confirmed on twitter that they will update Note 3 Neo in month of Dec. Year is not fixed. They have replied to one of the users question on Twitter whose name is not Antonio but Suresh Ramesh of India.

But Samsung France wrote on twitter 4 days ago that Note 3 Neo isn't getting Lollipop update, even if they were the first to announce it would get it 6 months ago.

Samsung has given updates to Note 3 Neo models in UK as confirmed by them on twitter to me. India will take time, unofficial date for lolipop update release is between december 20th 2015 to 10th January 2016.But wont get update before december.
