As you know that we promise you that Note 3 Neo will move to Lollipop. We just confirmed that 1 month ago on Twitter. Samsung_RUS is testing the update how well it work, if you aware of the S5 Lollipop update it is full of bug and many customer are having problems. So for future update we have to test it how well it work and if it is success for a device then only we can release the Update. Now we are waiting for Samsung_RUS to confirm that the update is perfect. If there is any bug it may take time to fix again. We will release the update as soon as possible. - Samsung_UK

As i said earlier even if we get the update if any it will be outdated by the new 6.0 marshmallow. N3N is a history now for samsung they wont be interested in investing anymore time on old models. They just want us to buy there new product.

Samsung is cheating. Now marshmallow (6.0) is in development and we are still stucked at kitkat (4.4.2). If there is no update, just admit it. Dont make fools of us.

From today My Samsung Note 3 Neo showing LED indicator is on only. While charging red colour should show and after full charging LED indicator was showing green colour. But from today 24 hour led indicator showing green some time it is blik and changing colour. pl advice
