GSMArena,I don't think they are launching a new device. They are just comparing the existing Yureka to Redmi 2 and suggesting peeople to buy the Yu instead of Mi. As far as Ceasar is concerned, I guess its just the Lollipop update and these mocks and nothing else. They still run out of stock on flash sale and I don't think they have produced enough phone for India yet. They will continue this for a few more months.

Xiaomi makes their own hardware. They have an R&D team as well.
Yu is a rebranded piece of unknown chinese shit. That goes with every micromax phone. The only thing going for them is Cyanogen which again, is the fruit of another company.
MIUI has been there since ages and is developed by Xiaomi themselves
If in future, due to any reason,Cyanogen decides to stop supporting Yu,that marks the end of the brand.
Mi > Yu anyday!!

xiaomi has released a better choice of redmi 2(2gb,16gb) but than also importing and selling the cheap redmi 2(1gb,8gb) , come on xiaomi india is not a scrape ward to through your cheap phones, you have a better option you should deliver that instead of a cheap one.

yu-hoo if the phone launched at 6500inr with decent specs(64bit,2gb,16gb,720p display,cyanogen) than it would be a strome in the indian market.

I guess this guys haven't realized yet that every time they advertise in this way their brand (Yu) they are also (inadvertently) advertising Xiaomi...
This not to mention that, if your product best description is "just like our rival, but better" then you wont be in the market for very long...
