Me personally i love my Iphone 6. its so much better than my lagdroid S5. My only niggle is that Iphone 6 is not water proof. Other than that. its the best phone i ever had. So roll on Septemeber for some more treats.

My guess is you didn't see the news story a few weeks ago that Apple had more than 90% of the smartphone market profit of ALL smartphones sold last year.
Apple is a marketing company first and foremost. They count on their buyers being image conscious first and foremost. They command that premium only because their phones have the fruit logo on the back.
Today the iphone is just another Chinese built phone with the least reliable os on the market. Disagree? Then tell me how many releases of Android, WP or Blackberry there have been since 2013 and how many ios 8 releases there have been during that same time. I believe the count for ios 8 is at seven now.
To call an iphone buyer a savvy consumer is an oxymoron.

Maybe he ment 5GB because apple like to load all handsets with S**Tloads of OS making an "8gb"phone around a 5. Just like my phone 6.. it is a 16gb version, it says ive used 9.0GB and have 3.1gb available? thats 12.1 gb of data. 3.9 off the magical 16?

-Siri was intergrated after the IOS6 update i believe.But its just poor compared to the later versions of siri which were great and sometimes useful.

-If you like you can even inquire and ask for its availability or you can try to go to walmart and buy one.

If you have one your comme... moreAfter a couple days with just those apps. and with a good available memory of 3.2G over a total of 6G.Dont know but it is what it is.The phone's performance was starting to slow down the camera took time to load.shutter was noticebly taking long to process and everytime i tried to download a new app using wifi it would fail and to compare it i had a cheap android phone back then which would just load literally the same app.which was twitter.Another was about how the signal for the phone was weaker compared to a feature and again the android handset i had previosly(YEs Their are a lot of factors to conceder first before i pointed hands.Also thought since the phone was made out of metal and glass panels i accepted signal would be weaker even if you were literally living close to a tower from the carrier)

Both OS lags. But iOS is obviously smoother than Android in most scenarios. This is why people prefer it.

-Stop giving false statements here.Your giving out again false information that the IOS doesnt lag.I have my own fair share of experiece and struggle with your OS it all started with the iphone 4 that i had.It was just a 5G version since i was just interested what was in the hype before.after just having roughly 200 pictures on it and a couple of app's and just to narrow it down only downloaded google chrome,facebook,camera360(that was for the mr's) and some other app for cropping picture.

Did anyone read anandtech's review of Apple's A8 chip? Those who say Apple has outdated specs have no idea about mobile processors. Apples SOC is quite powerful. Only a couple of Android chips (namely Nvidia's Denver) come close to A8's performance.

That's true, device need to be great that user want to upgrade. Samsung tried to fool their customers and it worked great for one time, but when was time to upgrade people chosed something else, mostly iPhone.
