I love my Sony Xperia Z2. And I love the fact that Sony is fixing Lollipop before releasing it to everyone. It's just that they are sooooo vague and secretive about their plans for the release. I think that's what frustrates us the most. Sony please be more open about your plans, schedules, etc. This is becoming more and more frustrating for your customers.

In today's market where there is so much choice everyone wants a powerful device with the best technology and software. Most of sony's competition are miles ahead when rolling out reliable software. It is up to the likes of us to moan when companies get lazy after all we are the costumer. Sony needs a kick up the bottom to match todays competing market. I do not want sony to fail as I also have purchased sony products. If sony put as much effort in its software as it does with the hardware there would be no competition.

To all those talking rubbish about Sony, KEEP CALM, when they give you an update, its not buggy, so if you want buggy phones, go to any other OEM, if you want bug free, please be patient

what ever it is. laggy or late commitment is so important . and update should be for global to any one all over the world. but they are not doing like that . some of them got it before 20 days . but we are still waiting .

I m gonna change z1 soon.Samsung edge looks beautiful AND has lollipop.Sony needs to realise loyalty changes fast nowadays,especially with mobiles and software updates.Had Sony released the Lollipop update sooner, I would not even have thought of changing my mobile to the Edge.

Just like all there products they are always behind competition when it comes to software and updates shame on them. My wife stuck with samsung and got lollipop update months ago.

People complaining about sony's delay in rolling out android update should read about the reviews of users of new android versions. First version of each iteration has lots of bugs after which google roll out patches and fixes. But sony as a good practice roll out new version only after fixing all the bugs because if they roll out versions without fixes everyone will blame them. Given the market share they have its a risk they have to take. It's always better to be late then laggy.
