YU Yureka to get a Lollipop update in first week of April

Hopefully, they address the auto restarting issue in lollipop. That's the only issue I'm facing otherwise its a brilliant device considering the money paid..

does not transmits 3g speed only shows H/H+ but almost dead in transmitting download/upload speed.

I was hoping that yureka will work on heating & heating issue bt untill now every comment has this complain.I think company is not serious abt this. Even Lollipop will do something is not sure.
And onething more plz make ur online sale process easy ur customer r going to other brands.

Good decision. Better late than sorry. Because once updated you can't revart to KK. If need be one more month is better still. This apart, I've read everywhere people are making so much fuss about the heat issue & battery drainage. My Yureka is facing no such issues. I'm confused. Hopefully the Lollipop update will address all the said issues.

check whether any file is not copied properly remove that one and disable media storage restart
then enable media storage and restart
ur media server prbm will b resolved
if not resolved then go to recovery mode and wipe all data factory reset
to go in recovery mode switch off yureka
then press power button with volume up and down key

i have the same problem that the media server drains the battery. I think that the lollipop update on Yu yureka sol eve the problem.

i faced the same problem of heating and battery draining even on standby. it is due to an app named as "media server". go to settings-app- you will find app "Media storage". clear the data of this app, force stop it, and disable it then reboot your device. the problem will resolve but but.... it has a drawback. your all media files will not work. for example your ringtones, alarm tones, gallery shall also become disabled. but you can't do anything. just wait for lollipop update it might resolve the problem. till then download some alarm app from playstore for alarms, gallery and phone ringtone will continue to get disabled.

I got yureka today . do I need the first update of proximity sensor ? when I click update in settings it says ur phone is up to date . is there any other process to update ?
