YU Yureka to get a Lollipop update in first week of April

The company promised to release the CyanogenMod 12S update based on Android 5.0 Lollipop after fixing the bugs.

I got the update but facing a lot problem;
1. Dial pad is showing only three digit i.e. 1, 4, 7, and *
2. Icons are not visible in setting menu
3. Phone got slower and takes time to reboot or to shut down.
4. Very low ring column.

            Guys please suggest should I buy this phone or not? I can see some disappointed comments too.... Wht to do? Nd whom to believe nw? I don't wanna face battery issues... Nd most of the comments are related to tht only...

              I got notification for system update but my mobile version is not changing to lollipop 5. What is problem..

                My
                phone is getting random rebooted when connected to WiFi ,my WiFi
                works maximum for 4 hours then WiFi stops and my phone reboots.I am
                observing this problem when I firstly setup my phone and connected to
                WiFi.Sometimes it also gets reboot even in 5 minutes when connected
                to WiFi

                Major
                issue I face is related to random restart and after analysis we found
                that it gets resets on WiFi and that too on company WiFi mostly.
                In
                my company almost everyone faces the same issue with Yureka.

                Does the Issue will fix in Lollipop new version ??????

                  Whenever I try to connect the ear phone I am not able to hear songs in the headset can you please tell me how to fix this issue it's very irritating and battery backup is worst not like the phone at all don't buy this phone at all 😡😡

                      I have been using this moblile from 1 month, the major problem i face is phone is getting restarted automatically especially when you connected to wifi, what i observed is especially when you connected to company wifi it gets restarted continuously for every 5 minutes or 15 minutes

                      so can anyone suggest me how to fix this problem
                      i mailed to yu customer care but they didn't provide the proper response worst service ever that i have faced
                      my final suggestion is better don't go for yureka you are investing 9k add some more money and go for branded phone

                          I have bought yureka on 2nd march and I am having a problem with its mic.I am having problem with it since 1 month.I have mailed to YU support about the problem and they gave me customer care number 1860-212-2122 but that is not a valid number.this is the worst response from yureka .I have never expected this from yureka

Once the out going is dialed, the screen goes blank until call disconnect by recover. I had open back cover of mobile and tightened the top three screws including middle screw. It could be manufacturing defect. I saw similar compliant and solution from many....YU has to fix the issue in new phones...

                                Hi.
                                The problem I face is that when on a call the other person is not able to hear me clearly at all. The other person on the call with me always complains of lots of background noise (even though I am sitting in my office with pin drop silence) and there is no clarity in my voice.
                                Is it a software issue or is there any issue with the microphone?

                                  Its not like that its a good one and we can disconnect the call easily from our end. Any smart phone gets heat when we use internet continuosly that is very common for smart phones.I agree that battery backup is average but remaining features are good.

                                    dear all

                                    I suggest u not to purchase this mobile its a trap... its a dump set....

                                    issues or problems with phone:

                                    1. battery issue.
                                    2. over heated.
                                    3. no tollfree number to contact customer care.
                                    4. customer support emails will be very rude.
                                    5. doorstep service is available to the location mentioned in website but u have pay for it... charges are worth rs:3000..

                                    I found my device has a minor crack at clip side if I asked for replacement they said u.ll be charged 3000 for doorstep replacement and for repair if I asked the same amount....

                                        Problems in proximity sensor while accepting and disconnecting calls it goes blank. You cannot disconnect calls after talk is over till other party disconnects call. Screen is black till other party disconnects calls.
