there is still an over heating issues with the snapdragon 810 and the poor battery efficiency is a big concern here

Interesting. Having passed on the Samsung Galaxy S6 because it ditched microSD (I have a 128GB card and don't want to store and access everything from "the cloud"), I'm hoping Sony DOES include it here. If they do, they may get my $ this year.

I'm excited and worried all at the same time.
They finally might move to the current crop of SoC and its the underachiever. Maybe a slight under clock can counter act somewhat. And a good thermal pad might help slightly.
Will it be QHD or FHD? And will they fix it so that when you make the colors accurate there is not a large drop on brightness? Maybe slightly mature the calibration.
I'm hoping the speakers beat the M9 same way the Z3 beat the M8. Making them 80+DB would be awesome.
And what size battery will they go with? Especially to offset the S810?
