The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge also bent at 110 pounds, though one of the curved sides of the display cracked. It's protected by Gorilla Glass 4, but the shape of the side makes it more susceptible to cracking. The S6 edge could still power on though so it was put in the press again until it broke at 149 pounds.

Now it's just throwing some numbers around without showing anything.

The problem is iphone 6 can be bent by hand but will not bend back, S6 doesn't have that problem.

Snapdragon version of Galaxy S5 and Note 3 are still the best Samsung phones you can buy. I will not upgrade until and unless Samsung stops all this nonsense.

So, anyone of you who are stupid enough to bend your phone? Nobody wants to right? Only the Bendgate personnel wants to do it, to prove to the world that all phones are bendable, that's because they have nothing better to do.

Bendgate, stop the stupid test. We all know that most of the thing we own right now are bendable or breakable. Even the Bendgate bending machine is bendable. LOL. If you keep doing it, Bendgate personnel, start doing it at your home, start from bread toaster, washing maching, your car, your front porch gate, you can also try bending your feet, your finger and post to the the world your video, this I want to see.

Purposefully do it where the phone is stronger.
Use only the Edge version of the S6 knowing obviously bending bent glass will crack. And leaves out how the regular S6 fairs.

And this also doesn't account for the drop tests where the S6 Edge almost looks like it's going to break the concrete before it breaks lol.

I can't believe the level of poor/influenced/biased journalism that exists in the world today. It was NOT the iphone 6 PLUS that was reported and confirmed as bending under normal use.

                                http://www.theverge.com/2014/11/7/7173451/my-name-is-dan-and-i-had-a-bent-iphone

.. it was the more popular 'iphone 6'; BENDING at just 70 pounds... READ THAT BENDING @ 70 POUNDS" NOT 110. So why not do the current test and report S6 and S6 edge BENDING FORCE against the phone that was actually bending?

                                http://trendblog.net/consumer-reports-iphone-6-bend-test-bendgate-lie/

So what does the tester and practically every other journalists do but try to IMPLY to its reading audience, that the samsung S6 is as weak as Apples biggest selling product... it is not.

Do a search, show me one publisher/journalisr that points out/corrects the comparison back to the deforming 'iphone 6'.. tested at over 30% weaker than the new Samsung S6... Why?

They make quality preview phones for the reviewers to test and then make loads of profit of Sambois' money with cheaply built retail units which are nothing like the review units. The XDA article also notes that the colour temperature of the screen was off. This was a result of cheap display unit being used as they were running the exact same exact software. Ignorant Sambois living in denial.

AnonD-373771, 04 Apr 2015Ok he doesn't hate apple, none of us do. You see the bendin... moreYou mostly got it. Though as far as the issues go.
For the iphone it's that they don't bend it at the known weak point.
For the M9 the middle is where the power button is which is what ended it.
For the S6 Edge yes it's stronger metal, but it's a thinner slab of it between to glass panels. And on the edge it's even thinner around the curved display.
But the issue is that they are bending bent glass. And thus it causes cracking.
And that they did not use the regular S6 as reference.

Plus what you said for the most part.
