Me having Z2 D6502 from India, faced same issue. First found new software update while OTA check with advice to update through PC companion, but when attached with PC & tried to update it says "You have latest updated software already installed"...

I don't know how Sony selects phone models to update. T2 Ultra was released before T3 and it gets the update. But There's no words about T3. Anyway I am using T2 Ultra and I can taste the Lollipop. Sony should update recently released mid / low end phones like M2,E3,T3,E4 and E4g. These phones were released after T2 Ultra and not even a year old.
