People that think pure Ghz = best just fail. Just because something clocks faster doesnt make it instanta win. intel 4 vs amd 64 for example among many

Or it's a really blurry picture of a really early prototype that has been leaked by Nokia cos' it looks kinda cool and will probably rise the Nokia stock price.
And the phone will not look as cool as it did in the "leaked" picture when it's announced and will be ½-1y late from the promised release date, ergo -> a huge FAIL.
This formula has been rollin' for so long that I'm not so hyped anymore about these leaks.

I've loved the N series for a while now, but Nokia's adoption of Maemo is a little too late for me. What sells mobiles now is not just a mixmatch of tech, it's also Apps, and Ovi for symbian is lacking so far, and the Maemo OS just doesnt have the support that the iphone and touch has. I think Nokia should have embraced Android as it's high level OS, a move that would have surely caused an increase in interest and number of Apps.

It's amazing whenever that Korean company make something people say it's copy of something and they don't say a word when this look like BIG brother of good old Omnia without the hardware key.

I think this photo is a fake, cuz N900 is not out yet.
Maemo6 is still a concept, and its concept was showed at Maemo Summit.
Eldar of Mobile-Review pointed out that he -I can't remember- seen or tried a prototype of N920 and it's Maemo5!

the next n9xx device from Nokia will offer a number of alterations and different features to the forthcoming n900. This photo is a fake involving a hybrid iphone and nokia 5530. The design language of the N900 is nowhere to be Seen in this photo.

I would love to get my hands on either this or the N900 but to personally own one I don't think I would. They are too huge. Well, I hope Linux works out well for Nokia like how Symbian did...in the long run.

Angry, 15 Oct 2009Poor CPU, poor snapper... Certainly a brick.
Maybe Nokia... moreYou're complaining about CPU yet you wish NOKIA to use another OS. Will it be good when NOKIA uses Android with a 300MHz ??!!
And how do you know whether 600MHz would run it smoothly or not?
If the 600MHz CPU would efficiently why bother putting a 1GHz one and make it more expensive??!!
