This phone is a disaster!
It's not attractive at all
The M9 is one beauty, but the M9+, it's horrendous!
Please, we want the M9 in India, not the M9+!

this is second consecutive time wherein they have been forced to release critical update in less than a week of launch of the product,
Man where is your QA? what process are you following for a release?
Pricing of m9+ WOWOWOWOWOW people sitting in AC chambers with tags like country head, VP sales etc are completely far from reality and probably are not giving right kind of feedback, suggestion to the top brass it seems.
with so many companies making phones with decent specs at fairly low price it is really fairy tale cindrella kind of magic the company is hoping for.
On average a user would change the phone by two to three years, as technology would have changed drastically.

I have been ardent fan of HTC, I have been using HTC devices since the era of XDA series by O2.
However I strongly believe the company has completely lost it.
People who are decision making and at the helm of affairs in the company seems to have absolutely no connection with reality, they seem to be taking decisions based on suggestion in closed boardroom meetings and far from the real world.
They have been trying to encash their past brand effect in the market with handful of their brand loyal customers for long now.
I am afraid even ardent fans would be compelled to move on and away to someone else

I agree snapdragon 810 has too many issues not just heating.
Also in m9 htc has throttled it to a level of mediocre processor to overcome heating issue, means you are paying premium but getting a inherent low level processor

This will blow away the competition. LAGWIZ will cry on 60Hz refresh rate but M9+ will enjoy smooth transitions at 120GHz and awesome gaming experience with smart processing http://www.anandtech.com/tag/helio-x10. JUST WAIT compare Z4 {M9+} G4 and then go for M9+ for power+performance+ value for money.

mediatek mt6795t is better than snapdragon 810. u can chek on internet. 810 has heating issue....

Now that's called messing up the price for a rather disappointing phone.what were htc thinking of ??...no OIS,bad chipset,slower internal memory,crappy cam, no gimmicky features

Huge disaster for htc.
Who on earth will pay 52k for a mediatek chip set.
44k was the perfect price for m9+
And 40k for m9.
I am better off with m8.
