Why HTC is taking long time to update lollipop. Even moto g old version also got lollipop update.
Even if you ask to there customer care they have no idea. But still htc is good one in terms of software.

If we do online chat with the HTC service centre, they're saying lollipop update is not yet released in India for htc desire 816. It'll be coming eventually. Until then have patience people.

First of all correct your spellings
no use of buying your phone when it can't autocorrect
Secondly
Desire 820 was released at an initial rate of rs23500 where as Desire 816 was launched at Rs27775. You must know which one is cheaper
And about the lollipop upgrade
Htc Desire 820 has a 64bit operating system so .... It will take a lot of time or maybe htc won't release Lollipop for this device

I m using htc desire 820 for a long time. I Want to know when it's lollipop update will come its a humble request for htc company.
When we see that the chepest mobile to desire 820 have got lollipop update as like desire 816. Then it's a painfull fealing.
