No choice for processor type, kirin or qualcomm? Really huawei?

I really like huawei actually. The design look awesome and the spec were great... But my friend got issued with her phone (huawei) she've been several time to huawei service centre for her problem. There is a red line alongside the display screen (even tho every time she goes to service centre and has been replaced with a new one)
