Software started playing up, crashing, etc. When it comes to your phone, leave it to the professionals. The Apple store will do it in less than 20 minutes, not sure what the price is though.
Do Samsung have "Samsung Stores" yet with a "Clever Bar" to get service?

I know Samsung users care about what Apple users do and dont but the feeling is not mutual. For me its only a general interest in mobile spare parts since i used to do cellphone and laptop repairs on the side, and that reminds me, batteries for iPhone 5s cost below $20 for a quality component (no reduced capacity substandard Chinese replacement)
And before you pretend this is a victory for your superior choice of products, why is it a good thing for YOU that Samsung increased the price by 50%? Now im interested.

lol. and now they reveal why insisting on non-removable battery technology. i was wright the whole time avoiding devices with non-removable battery.

Nice! Prices aren't exactly the most affordable ones, but at least its cheaper than half of the phone.

So rather than just swapping the battery yourself in minutes, you will have to be without the phone for about a week, and including shipment pay five times what a battery usually costs....

And this is exactly the reason why we want removable batteries. And of course why manufacturers are pushing for the opposite.
