Unable to attend any call after the lollipop update. Its irritating and I am helpless. If I received incoming call, I am getting only ring tone but screen goes to the off state. How can I attend call?
Please help me...

I upgraded my mobile to lollipop yesterday night but once after upgradation I started facing the following major problems.
1) I am not able to receive the calls as the IR sensor is not at all functional. The phone just rings and you wont be able to receive it as their wont be any display on the screen, which will make you helpless for receiving the call.

2)Battery life is less compared to kitkat.
3) Their are lot many changes in lollipop from kitkat. But yes it includes problems. So please resolve the issue as we are facing problem for normal usage also.
Please prove your lollipop upgradation is better than kitkat, as uptill yet it signifies the kitkat was of better gradation.

i haven't receive yet the lollipop update> although me and my friend ordered yureka on the same day. even the build number of both of us are same. he is using lollipop from last three days and i haven't yet got an update yet. so please tell me how much time it will take to receive lollipop on every yureka..????

Hai buddies try this thing clear cache files ,reboot mobile,and in settings google service frame work force stop it disable it click on clear data and enable it and reboot the phone.....it worked for ......if u guys got it update by this just comment it below

It is completely waste of your time,I have upgrade to lollipop my device ,It is not functioning properly and camera quality is worst.I want brake my device It is irritating me.With lollipop only one advantage is sound is very good.

2) The IR sensor is not at all functional,hence because of that am not able to see the display to disconnect the calls.
3) I am not able to see the display when there is incoming/outgoing cAlls in the mobile,really horrible.
I was facing all the above issues from the next day after lollypop upgradation.
And the pathetic of all is- on the same day the mobile is not responsive and not at all functional. looking like my mobile is dead. really helpless. DOes anyone has a solution for this??? pls help me

Updated to lollipop. My brief review as follows:
1. Search system update in about phone under setting while internet / WiFi is on.
2. Download the file. It is of 677 mb and in my case took only 10 minute to download under WiFi.
3. It took 4 minutes to install and another 20 minutes to optimized previously installed apps.
4. I had to update Google play service and Google music as there was some issues as notified.
5. Manually reboot. To be on safer side. I had no hanging or related issues.
6. Overall process was completed in 35-40 minutes and used 25% battery charge.
7. Everything's become fantastic, many problems was solved, e.g., I can now access SD card content directly from file msnager, recent used apps can be accessed easily, apps become moveable to SD card, great improvement of GUI. Battery is draining 5-10% quicker, however I think will be improved after 2-3 charging cycle and/or changing various irrelevant settings.
Finally, I would say it has improved alot, more than my expectation.
