i've been a SE fan for as long as i could remember and it hurts me to leave them. their customer service sucks and i feel outdated waiting for their phones. i love new gadgets but when you get a SE phone, it's like you're playing catchup with the other devices. step your game up SE and i MIGHT conside coming back

The problem with SE's revenue lost was, for me I think, it takes so long for the release and they don't have a whole lot of variation on the phone like Nokia. Nokia would make 2-5 various model out of one main design and they kick in fast. For SE, it will take them months to do for 1 or 2 devices. Remember the X1 it took them longer than 18 months to release after annoyance and by the time it releases, people get bored or already have a new phone or the X1 became out of date...

Anonymous, 20 Oct 2009would be nice if it came with WM instead of android...WM doesn't support multi touch. it must be then on behalf of the company like HTC did with the touch HD 2 and i don't think SE is gonna develop a multi touch for WM

It's called X10 because continuing a X3 name would not be decent enough. C'mon.. X1 and X2 are sooo laaaameeee... X3=X10 is ugly but ok, if you want to push that into your pocket.

There's no way i'm wai... moreI don't think anyone should wait-especially for SE, if u like a device in the shops, check it out, read the reviews and go grab it. I used to be a SE fan, have the Xperia X1 so far, but I'm not anymore. SE has lost another customer (ME), if they ever listen to consumers they wouldn't be publishing losses each quarter!
