That is very cheap for such a good spec, but I am sure this has the Qcom 810 in it, we just tested it.

Very decent specs? Not really. A Moto G is cheaper and no network branding.

Are you 100% sure it's a snapdragon 615?
The EE Harrier is a rebranded BenQ F52, which has a snapdragon 810.
