Nokia to make Android phones in 2016, R&D moves to China

The Nokia China president confirmed that the company plans to re-enter the smartphone business in 2016.

      Please please please Nokia be something different and bring hope for people who want good smaller phones like me. Please make a comeback for midrange and flagship phones with 4" screen. We're not asking you to stop making giant phones, just give us decent options for smaller ones.
