Samsung acknowledges Galaxy S5 Lollipop update issues

I loved my phone. It was the best one I ever had a galaxy S5 was my favorite. Then I did the newest update and now I hate this piece of crap phone!it is slow it freezes it is unresponsive. Its garbage!

After the last update my S5 remains black screen after unlocking it, touch works but screen is black, sometimes can't unlock phone for more than an hour.. Anyone knows any solutions or we have to wait for fixes?

Glad it's not just my phone. Total nightmare. Loved my phone before this update. Keypad keeps getting stuck so I can't unlock phone. Have to keep taking out battery. Not good

I thought it was just me! I consistently have to restart the phone, and close all applications, and despite having most of the downloads and apps on my huge sd card, it still is nearly full, with automatic updates. I hate this phone, and despite my dislike the iphones, I don't remember having so many issues with them.

After updated my S5 samsung my Internet data always off and own, when I callaing via skype or messager it showed "No internet connection"

My phone got extremely hot during the actual upgrade, and now, it won't charge! What the he**?! Did it fry the internal elements?!

I just updated my phone and it's the worst thing I've done liked my phone the way it was before everything is different and not in a good way! Samsung please fix it!

My keyboard appears in front of my password screen making it impossible to unlock the phone normally. Phone was great before update.😣

Since the software update yesterday, my mobile does not connect to wifi!! I've tried rebooting the router, the mobile, etc... still no connection!!!

Galaxy S5 works great no problems and is faster now. I'm not sure what's wrong with ppl. T-Mobile is great. You have to disable your security and take off your passwords before update. So it can update the right way. It gets confused and stops the update early to restart because the lock is requesting a password and the update dosent have it.

My galaxy s5 was working great till this new software upgrade it takes longer to switch on and when it does come on i have to keep putting my password in when i use the fingertip security and some of the apps didnt work at all this has been by far theee worst upgrade yet cmon samsung fix it and i have to keep pushing clear to get the small picture of my sd card away i am not happy with this at all

Since updating my s5 yesterday, my security has gone. The only time I need to enter my password to unlock my phone is if I swipe from the padlock icon, if I swipe anywhere else on the screen it just unlocks straight away. Thanks samsung.

I had no issues with my Galaxy 5...until this update. Now my Bluetooth is completely jacked up; I can't listen to music, or answer calls.

Since update phone freezes and lags I can't open images or audio files can't even play through aux cable. Can't phone out and phone blacks out.never had a single problem before update Why on earth bring an update out that has made my phone totally useless

Weird update has disabled my ability to take calls in the car or listen to music on my car stereo through aux lead what is happening???
