A tech told me this ehen I called to ask how I can revert back to the old version. He said the update is permanent and that I can't go back, even if I did a Factory Reset.

You can delay but it will eventually force the update through. You also can't reset to old version by doing a factory reset. He, by the way, isn't happy about the update either.

My phone us now useless after the upgrade! Cannot get a message tone or reminder tone! Predictive text cannot remember anything. Background colours are terrible and cannot see the keys! Basically I now need to buy a new phone!!!!!! Grrrrr.

Ever since the new update, I have problems logging into my phone. I have to wait and try back a couple hours later. Also, there are update to apps I don't even use.

This update has ruined my phone. Constantly freezes, apps disappeared, basic things don't load. This is not an update it's a downgrade. Get yur ct together Samsung!!!!

the new update really does suck. A lot of my Apps don't work properly anymore. It's annoying. I can't even edit my contactlist. What am I supposed to do? Just wait and hope for a better update?

Absolutely dreadful update, the graphics are simply ugly, the keyboard confusing. A good number of apps I had were deleted, the system is now slow, takes a lifetime restarting and keeps crashing all the time. A terrible work by the developers who turned the S6 in something as uncomfortable as an Iphone. Avoid the new update and make sure your phone doesn't install it automatically. Stay miles away from this disaster.

worst software upgrade ever.. I am using whats app regularly and it freezes up all the time.. and then you even can't dial using normal line.After few mins phone re-starts itself. What a joke.

This update is a big steaming pile of CRAP!!! Who in the hell thought this was a good idea? Buggy & graphics absolutely suck!!!! HATE HATE HATE IT!!!

I have to agree the update is simply horrible. Please give me my beloved S6 back. Never will never understand taking myknox away. Some of us adults like to have a place to hide things.
