Absolutely hate the latest update. A number of key issues... when you unlock it opens up number keypad. Also the slide menu to access your settings you need to go one further step to adjust brightness. SUCH A CRAP UPDATE.

Samsung does not give a crap...or they would provide an option to revert back after this much negative feedback. Don't care about the look etc...I just want functionality back...nothing runs like it's did before this garbage was provided.
SO SAMSUNG.....if you are listening at all and care to keep me as a customer...revert back or I'm going back to iPhone....at least they seem to care about customer feedback on the product being provided to customers.

Absolutely hate
phone upgrade its now so slow and charging takes so long.
its all cluttered and messy with horrible small
Fonts.
Can i remove upgrade?

I literally am commenting to say how much I absolutely hate this update. I can't even take a panorama on my camera? The font is terrible. The battery just drains. I want to revert back.

**DRONE USERS BE CAREFUL** Just got the software update (26 may 2017) on my s6. The new look of the update is the last of my worries! I fly a dji mavic, and the new update on the s6 randomly causes the phone whilst using any app, including the dji go app i use to fly, to go back to home screen, even when im flying the mavic. Even though i always fly 'line of sight' I'm sure you can understand that having the phone go back to home screen while I'm flying, is very disstracting and un-safe. Now a bit more about the issue itself. Basically, when using an app, the phone randomly goes back to home screen. Then, when i open the app I was just using, it carrys on like it never happened. Is any one else having a "back to home screen issue" with their new update?? I'll be getting in touch with samsung in the next day or 2. Wish me luck! Drone users be careful!!

This latest update make me want to throw my phone in the trash. Videos don't play. Games freeze. Things take longer to load. Its total crap!

I registered just to say that like every other person I absolutely hate this update. Everything has a cheap awful washed- out display with a crappy font. I used to be proud of having a Samsung but not now. Unless this is changed I will not get another Samsung when my contract expires. Nor will my son and nor will my wife. Everyone hates this so get a grip Samsung and sort it the f##k out or lose most of your customers.

Agreed the latest update is a pile of crap! My phone is slower, takes longer to charger. The display is like something that belongs in the 80's I want to be able to see who I'm calling, every screen, settings .... this is the worst update ever on any phone I've ever had! Makes me want to go back to Apple after being with Samsung for 2 years 😠 please doing something about this prehistoric update as it sucks!

I agree that the new update has basically made me detest the phone I used to love. A full charge doesn't even last a day. Everything I do on my phone takes another swipe or two from switching from wifi to mobile, the alarm clock, all the basic things. The screen colors are garish and cheap-looking. My Google bar keeps disappearing. Everything looks cluttered. The font in settings is washed out and hard to read in the sunlight. I really, really REALLY want my old phone back. It was way too expensive and I feel like I got ripped off now.

I agree this is the world's worst update. I'm a Pokemon Go player and it's ruined my game. As well as my phone crashing and freezing since the update I constantly lose my connection and my GPS signal wich are both essential when playing Pokemon. My phone was fine before please please Samsung let us know how to restore back to my old version!!

My charging hardly works no matter what I do. it isn't the cable, adapter, or the source, i tested them all. I couldn't figure out why this was happening until i remembered the update. Is this happening to anyone else? is there a way to fix it?

I am not liking this latest update. It looks bland. The left side button doesn't make my text larger or smaller in messages. I can't work out if I have had Miss calls or messages. Can we revert back? I used to love my Samsung, but might have to change if it can't be sorted.

I wonder if these idiots at samsung really thought that this moronic update would steer there customers to get another Samsung, like the s8. If this worst update ever isn't fixed by, or at the very least returned to the prior version.......and quickly, not only will i never buy another Samsung device of any kind, i will run and dump this current piece of crap i now have and go directly to there competition.
Samsung......Fix this immediately!!!

Not sure about this upgrade at all...wheres my other email accounts gone! I'm sure I'll work stuff out but surely an upgrade should not cause this sort of effort/pain in butt to the user

This is awful. My phone doesn't stay on long enough for me to do anything, just keeps rebooting. Battery life is non existent. Gosh someone tell me how to remove this update. Worst update ever!!!

Come on Samsung...what the heck!!! Not all of us can afford to go out and by a new phone every time a new one comes out...! I've been loyal to SAMSUNG from the beginning...but after these last two updates...I'll go into DEBT for an iphone!! Tired of your relentless stupidity...SAMSUNG!!!
