I can't stand my phone. This new update makes it impossible to make a call without going through 3 steps...bye bye virtual hands free. Most of my contacts triplicate or are gone. Thanks a lot Samsung

I totally hate,hate,hate this new update!!! White background on text messages, contacts and recent calls, smaller letters, etc........I wish we could at least go back to what we had. It jas made the phone very different and difficult to use.
How to undo that update??????????? IT EVEN TYPES THE WRO G WORDS UGH!!!!!!

Can't distinguish messages. One big blurr. It's irrtating and frustrating. Samsung better fix that asap! How do people get a job in the first place at Samsung when they have no clue what people want and what works. Your job is to make life simpler and easier for Samsung users, not more difficult and frustrating. If it works, don't change it!

I do not like the new update for the Galaxy s6 on the phone contacts. I had setup a favorites list were all I had to do was touch there name and it would call that person. The list is there, but you have to do two steps to call someone.

brightness is an issue.. turn the brightness down when I go to bed and up when I go out side. I spent all day yesterday with a black screen because I forgot to turn the brightness up before leaving the house to go to work.. what crap. also all the icons look blurry on top. they need to fix this I paid good money for this phone and not being able to use it is crap.

Wth....the blaring white color is making it hard to read. There is an issue with typing texts/words in general. It's not typing what I want it to and puts in words I don't want. Skips the letter N all the time as well. Sick of the crap updates...

What the heck?!?!? This update is the worst!!! Completely sucks! Washes out everything. I can't figure anything out because it all runs together. What a cluster!!! This phone is my life line. I can't operate with it being like this!!! Samsung - you better get on it STAT! Seems like not a single person is pleased. At least give us the option to go back to the old color scheme. Ridiculous...

Hard to Read. Some tap spots are to close for old fat fingers to hit. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
Good reason to look at the opposite end of the alphabet for a phone Company. I can't believe my provider allowed such nonsense.
