I hate the new update. It's very awkward and inconvenient! It's also bland and colorless! Worst of all I list my ability to rotate my screen!!!!! With poor vision that was a life saver when viewing pictures! I really really HATE this new up date. With any luck I will undo it. I had no problems with memory except for the excessive bloat wear that Verizon packs in. THAT takes up most of my memory on my phone worn USELESS things that I don't want and NEVER USE!!!! Are you listening Verizon? TERRIBLE UPDATE & TOO MUCH USELESS

I hate this update from May 2, 2017!!!!!!!! It is very very very hard to read on all scenes! I am Not a tech type person at all, but I am so displeased that I actually searched for a way to comment! Please fix this! Get rid of ugly white scenes, and tiny clear icons and print!!!!!

It's inconvenient in almost every way and I lost my ability to rotate my screen! I use that feature a lot. I'm going to try to undo the holiday and go back to the former system. UGH!

I too hate this update. I don't like most of the updates I have gotten on previous phones. But this update is exceptionally bad. The whole thing is a complete lack of effort and/or thought. Its so bad, that I am pretty convinced that this was on purpose in an effort to sell new phones. Extremely angry.

I let Samsung perform an update my Galaxy S6 Edge on May 2, 2017 as I thought this would improve or at least keep my phone operating properly. Big mistake. There is not one thing that is an improvement on this phone. I will echo many other comments. HATE IT. The white face screen display, or whatever it is, is much harder to read and the icons on the drop down shade menu are smaller and more difficult to navigate. I have yet to figure out how to move them into an order that works for me. What the heck has happened here? I almost feel as though my phone was hacked as it is so changed from what it was and most definitely NOT for the better. I am seriously considering a new phone - different brand. Good thing I am eligible for a new phone. Sorry Samsung. I have been a loyal user (had a Galaxy S3, too) but probably not anymore. This is just awful.

I use an IPhone, but I still have pain. My wife has the s6, HATES the update, and I get to hear it, all day long. Can I sue VERIZON for spousal abuse? This is what happens when somebody needs to justify their job, make changes regardless of what your customer wants. We don't remember anyone ASKING us to upgrade. They simply make your phone miserable until you comply. This had to come from near the top of the corporate ladder. When you look down the corporate ladder you see brains. When you look up......

The tech yesterday inform that the phone, s6, couldn't do a Reflash. Instead he went to settings-accessibility-vision-and increased the screen zoom anf font. Hit apply. Once home, I played with it more and went bavk to the same area and turned on high contrast fonts and keyboards.
Now, my phone is more usable. Hope this helps.

Beyond horrible update! Everything about my phone sucks now...I can't flip my pictures sideways or find what they've done with the switch in settings, I touch my screen and it slides instead of opening an app, the keyboard SUCKS!!!! I have to re-type everything now. I hate it hate it hate it!!!!! I'm pissed and seriously going to look into a different phone now. Thanks for nothing Samsung!
Oh, and it has this horrible alarm that just goes off at any random time now and I can't find it to turn it off! Just horrible all around!

This update is horrible! Very hard to read and even see. Samsung messages is worst of all. Please change everything back to the way it was! And hurry!

Seriously, the font on my notifications is so small I can barely read it with my glasses ON!
What's worst is that the font for the words "CONTENT HIDDEN" under the ultra small font is large. Hello!! The content is ALWAYS HIDDEN! Yu pinheads make the title of the notification smaller? It's like reading a package insert for a prescription drug for gods sake.
Also, I used to be able to see what WiFi network I was conneted to by looking at the pull-down screen. Now I have to open up Settings to check it. How lame.
Plus the phone now looks like an iPhone.
Please come up with a fix for this. I loved my S6.

Update sucks. my phone was fine before... now my setting are all messed up. I didn't ask for all these new fonts either. Just give me the security updates and I'll opt out of the rest. I liked my phone before. And the camera.. my goodness. I just want to take a picture or shoot a video. This thing thinks I want to be Steven Spielberg or Ansel Adams.

This latest update is awful. Samsung's reputation is already ruined with Samsung 7. Now they frack up Samsung 6. I need to listen to audiobooks. Get migraines when try to read. So I live by audiobooks. Now? Now after this unwanted update, there is a HORRIBLE reverb on the audio. It is like I am listening in a tunnel. I haven't found any fixes for this and no way to roll back to the prior upgrade. Thanks a lot Samsung! You have really lived up to your tarnished reputation.

Prior updates... moreAlso do not like the new "sleek" look ..its harder to read....My contacts list for messages was changed to one I had years ago ( some of those folks dead!)...camera now more complicated to use...I want to able to choose security updates and NOTHING ELSE....
