Have Samsung Galaxy S4, it was updated to Lollipop, but now I downgraded to KitKat. It is not worthy upgrade, I think with note 2 there will be such case too.

Very soon HTC will be R.I.P!

I now have wireless charging pad, 32gb SD, custom 5.1.1 rom installed, it runs like most new phones out there.

Two years and eight months and still receiving OFFICIAL updates!!! After this, I can still flash custom ROM for more updates. That's because the Note series is "future-proofed", particularly its processor and RAM are beyond the needs of its time. Quad-core + 2GB RAM is still middle ground today, when dual-core + 1GB devices are still coming out. That's a good investment.

You can flash Denmark (or any other) Lollipop firmware on your Vietnam version, as long as it's N7100 or N7105.
