I've been experiencing the same problem since I purchased the phone. I really think Motorola/Google need to address this widespread problem. We pay a lot of money for this phone, and a company like Apple would have not only addressed this problem but fixed the damn problem by now. Come on GOOGLE. Pull your finger out and FIX this problem, or provide a full refund for the phone. What's the point of the phone having all the bells and whistles, when it won't connect?!! Come on...

I have a Nexus 6 64 GB bought sim free here in the UK.Have seen the ! symbol next to the network signal when initially disconnecting from Wi-Fi or from mobile data.It eventually disappears by itself but in any case doesn't affect my device's connectivity one bit so have just taken it to be a unique quirk to the Nexus 6!

AnonD-1267, 11 May 2015I am using a factory unlocked/unbranded Nexus 6 for a few d... moreYou sir are smarter than everyone complaining here in the comments. If you buy an unlocked device from the manufacturer, you wont have any carrier problems. Also you have way more control of your phone or device.

What you are saying is crap. I have owned two Android devices and not one of them had any network issues. No loss of reception or any form of connectivity issue. You must be some Apple fan.

It might be that Sprint's towers are malfunctioning.

I've been using Moto g 1st gen over a year n I've been experiencing sudden lose/turn off data connectivity and lose of network as u mentioned here from the 4.4.2 to till the current 5.0.2 versions. I've believed this problem was gone after updated to lollipop, but after some months it showed up again and it's a really frustrating issue! Dammit Google, when u gonna fix this all..!

But the ad delivery mechanisms works so Google is happy and smiling ear to ear.

Oh by the way, I read in the iPhone 6 thread (the favorite place on the planet for non-iOS users) that you ad-droiders have so many must-have features that one should think loss of signal would go unnoticed. Hope your features are better than mine, I can't think of a single feature I didn't have to disable on ad-droid flagships I had.

Im also facing constant network issues in a Nexus 4 running Lollipop 5.1.

Did not face this issue with earlier builds of lollipop & suspect it to be a S/W issue
