Ancient CPU and 1gb ram for 250 euro?
Much better choice would be Huawei P8 Lite for 250 euro with 2gb ram, 16gb storage, better cpu.

Ive been selling this phone in the Netherlands for 199 for a couple of weeks... Please do your research GSMarena.
Anyway, we also only get the non-LTE version. LG NL has said that they do this because the G3s, with a little bit better specs, is only a little more expensive then the 3G Magna, it does not make sense to have to almost identical products for the same price.

The Magna is being offered in the Netherlands for some time meanwhile, with a pricepoint of ~199 euro. Odd thing is they claim it is the 4G version most of the time, but they do not show which chipset it contains. Sometimes they add the model-number, which says little. The most often added 1.3Ghz quad-core spec however generally points at the Mediatek SoC, which means it would be the non-4G version of the phone.
