I bought this phone for important work and I am facing so much difficulty in upgrading it to lollipop. Nothing works in kitkat literally. I was reassured that I will get lollipop if I buy this phone. Such betrayal of trust.....

it is disgrace, i was told while purchasing the handset. it is upgradable.still there is no notification from Yureka to update the phone lollipop. i won't recommend to anyone

i m still on kitkat 4.4.4 wen i bought the phone i was told by the yu yureka customer care that i will get the lollipop update last week of November or first week of December, but we r by the end of december but i havent got the lollipop update. so pls let me knw wen can i expect the update...
