Does Apple Inc. have any backbone and stand up to whats right? Noooo...because all they care about is $$$ and they are raking it in via China.

China does not need Apple Inc.

I wonder why Apple is always try to sue Samsung for stealing their design and patterns. However they wouldn't dare to sue any Chinese Phone maker, like this Meizu it look more to Iphone. Why? Is it because they afraid that the Chinese people in China won buy their Iphone if they sue them?

this kind of language is too sophisticated for a lay man to understand the technical jargon
            so lets keep it simple
exclusivity is gone ....affordability is IN

Am sensing a growing trend in the phone world. Flooding of barely recognisably updated devices with little to no information about realistic availability is just clouding judgement of choice and old excitement & appeal of new releases is being filtered down to an environment of apathy and tedium in the phone tech world.
Gone are the good old days of heightened expectation for the latest flagship from the big gun manufactures.
A plethora of too much choice is making the phone world dreary and selection a head ache!
Too late the stop the money ball rolling now. The good ol' days are gone I'm afraid. The Asian device tsunami is here to stay.
Yeah yeah - more choice = a good thing etc. But the exclusivity has all gone :S
