Update 6.5.5.0 is said to improve thermal characteristics while mainting performance.

updated just now, so far heating issue has gone for me which i had during charging. Looks like they have fixed it. Cheers :)

Anonymous, 26 May 2015anybody updated their device ? any positive impact ?I have updated to latest 6.5.5.0 update. Heating issue still persists. It heats in the earpiece section. I cannot hold the phone to ear. It feels very hot.

Clock, 26 May 2015Which part of the word "without impacting performance"... moreI am sorry but there is no way to reduce to heat with out clocking down . If there is a heating issue its most likely related to hardware and only way a software upgrade can fix it is by clocking down.
