Alotta people downing Sony, when they know they should be crowning Sony. I lmfao when people try to compare Sony to Samsung. The whole android community knows Samsung is hardly an android device. It's a mix of android, tizen, and iPhone. Sony makes nothing short of beast devices. And the fact that it has IP certification, expandable storage, Playstation intergration, better battery life, & ect shows which is the superior device. To each his/her own. Great looking device. Need something to replace my Z3v.

(I have a HTC One M7 and a Xperia Z2, and no reason to get a new phone, even though I want a new phone...)

Great phone ! Really wish it didn't run Android tho. Horrible OS for such a beautiful & well specced phone.
They should make a WP version or theyr very own OS.

What merits s6 better?
While it lacks things like OIS, q wireless, 2k screen, It does compensate with 20.7 mpx cam, stereospeakers, impoved waterproof build, sd card expandability, better gaming performance, most probably better batterylife...
So what merits should we use?

I`m curious about the pictures quality.Everyone is getting Sony sensors,they just need the software to make it work.If the camera is comparable with g4 and s6 then they will make some noise.

I think this makes sense instead of releasing it as the Z4. Kind of like iPhone 5 and 5S.

I would not change S801 for S810. Not a worthy upgrade for me, since the S801 was a great chipset. Especially considering the cut in battery capacity.

Still not better than samsung but at least sony has created better flagship than htc and lg thia year...n hope they'll creat better z4 than Samsung note 5 edge or s7 edge

This new chipset will bring another level of graphics! Its awesome! I like the new look where the speakers are at the edges! But reducing battery is not gonna make anybody happy!

So Sony release a phone with great camera, great screen and great speakers. With top specs currently. However you think HTC one m9 is better buy when it has a crap battery, bad camera? Or the LG G4 which has slower chipset?

Buddy, it is obvious: Sony wanted to launch a new wow-phone (z4), but ran into problems. They stopped production of the Z3, but were not ready. Maybe they are delayed till end of this year or next.
So, they created teh Z3+ and still call it a Z4 in their home market (Japan), probably because of sentiment against Sony, the culture etc. The rest of the world gets it as a Z3+, because it is basically a revised Z3 with a few things thrown in.
It is still a great phone - 3Gb RAM goes far. And the awesome graphics. You don't miss out, I want to get one myself.

so ever since the Z2, sony has brought nothing new to their flagship phones.
It's a sign that Sony is really struggling. I really hope the Z4 is a major upgrade because Z2, Z3 and now Z3+ are almost identical.

I just want to know why one should buy this phone? What business is SONY running? I need a new phone with new hardware and software just like other companies(Samsung, HTC, LG etc.) treating with their flagships...Improving Z1 till today, this is lunacy
