Adi T., 07 Jun 2015I don't really understand why anyone who spends more than 3... moreAll 3 are from the same country and all 3 will spy on you. The only difference is that, when NSA/whoever wants the data, Apple and Google give it freely while Microsoft also sends a bill.

I don't really understand why anyone who spends more than 30 min. a day on their phone, would choose Android over iOS or WP, except for the customizability of the interface.

Android is basically always three steps behind iOS & WP in terms of stability and resource management. Android will always lag on the same hardware specs that iOS or WP will use and on top of that, will share your info with 3rd party companies and will spy on your every step.

These numbers just show how bad people are at knowing what's good and bad about mobile phones.

Even a mere iPhone 5 (old phone) or Lumia 640 (cheap phone) is better than any Android phone currently on the market.

The smartphone market share should look like this if smartphone buyers would have a higher than 100 IQ:
    - iOS - 40%
    - WP - 40%
    - Android - 10%
    - others - 10%

AnonD-365011, 06 Jun 2015I don't really dislike iOS, but yeah Android is the way to ... moreI use both iOS and Android and they are both good, with their own strengths and weaknesses. I do like the extensive customization possible in Android OS, but also appreciate the generally better stability found in iOS. I still get the occasional FC in Android, as well as the occasional lag. I chose the iPhone 6+ for its camera and did not change to the S6, even though it was tempting. I've grown to like the simplify and somewhat better design of iOS, but if something really exciting comes on on the Android side, I'll be there. Competition is great :-)

Anonymous, 06 Jun 2015I could have told you Android still dominates, it's too obvious I don't really dislike iOS, but yeah Android is the way to go. lots of autombiles are ready to be pre-installed with Android so that drivers can use their phones to take control of them.....in near future...good to see that Apple have put their eyes on cars, so will Android OS...^0^~**

AnonD-403629, 06 Jun 2015In top 15 apps there is no whatsapp..??...Strange...I think that is due to the policy of paying for WhatsApp after 1 year of usage.. It is followed in most of the developed countries.. Correct me if I'm wrong

not really surprising that android has more users considering how many different companies make android phones! the market is obviously split between them!
