el zorro, 10 Jun 2015now you have to buy this one, which is more expensive. You mean it has higher durability ratings and a 950mah bigger battery and it costs more??????
Next you'll tell me that if a 64GB version comes that it too well cost more as well.

What page do you think yo... moreActually, the reason y this thing came out was cuz people have been complaining since the phone has no dust protection and it is not waterproof. it is all about business, manufacturers do not want accesories to come along the phone in the original package. If you own one, u should know the gorilla glass 4 does not cover the complete phone.

And if it's the SD card slot and removable battery then you can still get the S5 Active or the Note 4.
It sucks that they left out the SD slot but they did it to feed the solid state based memory with as much bandwidth that's available.
There are a few great phones to try.

People will always have negative comments to share but in today's digital world those negative comments are what make these huge tech companies become more innovative every year. I want this phone regardless of everyone's comments. I view this as another Galaxy S6 who stepped out into the mobile world battlefield to deliver protection and more battery power while giving you the functionality you need. I'm due for an upgrade with AT&T and this phone will be the phone I'll rely on for the next 2 years.

I was considering making the switch from Iphone to Galaxy because I really like the S5 Active, but the features I liked the most are not on the S6 Active, so it's disappointing. Also I think the style choices are limited.

Does it have the optical image stabilization? Yes, I am disappointed too. AT&T and Samsung could have made this phone even better by adding more storage options instead of colors, for example. Even if the battery isn't easily exchanged at least make it user replaceable. However, it has some features that make it worthy. Looks is the least of my concerns even though I like white or blue cam best. So glad Otterbox has a casecase too. Have some concerns about repairs in future though.

Does anyone know if otg storage works with this and how hard is it to replace the battery when it the time comes? Is this phone glued together too? If so, what about replacing simple things like the charging port or port cover like one can do with the s5. It concerns me that waterproofing cannot be restored if this is case. Waiting for tear down report. :-)

You can "give someone a piece of your mind" (i.e. tell them what you think of them), or offer someone "peace of mind" (as in freedom from worry). Which do you think was intended here?

I'm amazed with your copy-paste skills! They're so good you no longer check for mistakes, because, obviously, older news can't have mistakes!
Its PEACE of mind. not PIECE of mind.
Piece of mind is an album by Iron Maiden.
Peace of mind means lack of stress.
When buying a rugged phone, you may want to be sure it won't break easily, thus, you want to have peace of mind. Not to listen to Iron Maiden, since you can do that with a non-rugged handset.
