Clearly NOT outdated hardware! And the software IS more reliable than the other systems. This reminds me of ancient history....Betamax was superior to VHS but could not out market it. On the other hand, Apple's computer operating system has always been superior to PC. However the market share does not reflect.

AJ, 10 Jun 2015$500 post-price cut... LMAO @ Blackberry. Go out of busines... moreWhy would they go out of Business? They are profitable, which is more than you can say about most Android phone manufacturers. BlackBerry powers 60% of new cars sold, and powers a majority of medical devices in the world.

I know this doesn't make sense to most of you, where your daily commute is hanging on top or on the side of an over-crowded cattle car, and "medical devices" are whatever the Vedas prescribed, but the next time you come to the western world (and please, stay at home if you have TB), you'll be surprised to see where BlackBerry is still dominant and making $$$$.

Blackberry Passport is the best device i ever used, ahead of all Andoid phones and ICrap, but you have to have some brain to use it!This is not for ordinary people who buy these phones, all the same. Maybe Apple and Samsung WILL GIVE YOU ALSO ONE KILO OF BRAIN WITH THEIR PHONES!

I would buy the passport for 200-250usd for sure, today, not tomorow..... but 500usd for that phone? LOL
